Changsha Hi-tech Zone owns the first-class additive manufacturing industry-chain resources in Hunan Province, 3 large-scale enterprises, nearly 100 upstream, middle and downstream affiliated enterprises, with high degree of agglomeration. In recent years, the additive manufacturing industry of Changsha Hi-tech Zone has grown by more than 20% on average, with more than 20 innovation platforms including various key laboratories, engineering centers, engineering technology centers and enterprise technology centers. The Zone has gathered several industrial advantages, such as intelligent manufacturing, new materials and modern services, a group of R&D and manufacturing enterprises engaged in additive manufacturing, such as Farsoon Hi-technology and Huaxiang, and a large number of domestic and foreign experts and high-level talents engaged in additive manufacturing. In order to integrate and scale up the existing additive manufacturing enterprises in the park, it plans to build additive manufacturing industrial park to achieve the goal of leading the additive manufacturing industry in the central region.
